Georgia Gator Hunting Changes
« on: June 09, 2015, 09:48:00 AM »
For those that have considered a Georgia Gator hunt....
There are some changes to the season start dates and season length this year.  There are also going to be more tags issued.  The quota application period is now open and even if you don't think you want to hunt them this year you may want to apply for the point as it will take at least 3 to get the tag.
Gators are just made for trad hunters and it is NOTHING like what you have seen on TV.  On an average night you will get 20-30 stalks on the very wary critters.   My son will draw his first tag this year and I am really pumped to watch him get it done.

For more info visit gohuntgeorgia.com and click on the quota link.

Jerry,

Just applied.  At least one point!

Also reapplied for my SC gator tag!
