Howdy Gang
I´d like to share a story about my
"Armguard - Quiver" About 2o years ago I was doing some horseback archery and did not like a back quiver nor a side quiver ... so I went and made something to fit my needs ....
It worked great and has been used extensively back then ...

Many Years later ... While fumbling through a wooden box the other day .... filled with horse tackle ... old bridles, rusty bits .... I found a piece of leather which looked like an old armguard ....
and to my surprise it was something I have completely forgotten about ...
It must have been laying around in that box for approximately 12 years
It had mold all over the place ... smelling like sh#*
it looked like it has been done a hundred years ago ...
stiff like a coconut shell ...
I boiled it in melted bees wax if I remember correctly ...
here´s what it looks like after a good cleaning and some restitching ...
anyhow ...
I made me a new one and once more it became my favorite quiver for horseback archery
here´s what the new one looks like
here´s a video link about me using that armguard - quiver ...
