Feel for you. Had a minor accident recently that kept me from shooting for only a couple of days. Tuning my Roy Hall Apache with broadheads and wasn't as careful as I should have been extracting one from the target. Sliced my right middle finger pretty badly. Can't imagine what it must be for you not being able to shoot at all. Medical solutions are expensive, I know, but if the op can restore you to being able to take up your passion again, I think it will be worth it. Best of luck.
