Great deer Jeff and good call on ditching work for a rainy day hunt. I have a similar story on my largest buck. When the morning began I was sitting at work. On my way back from lunch my ol' dad called and twisted my arm. I'm sure glad he called that day.
Congrats TJ

Wow! congrats on the first, but as mentioned, you really set the bar high for yourself shootin a nice buck like that, its gonna be hard to top a nice buck and a good shot like that (Based on the amount of blood on the ground under his mouth you must have done some serious damage that snuffer, he wasnt going far). But i suppose having a great buck and great shot like that to try and top is a problem many of us would like to have. congrats once agian.
