I just applied for a antelope license for this year in my home state. Our numbers are down but improving, so the Fish and Game Dept issued a few licenses via a lottery system.
One more bucket list item, or the Hunt of a Lifetime. I read somebody here wants to have a hunt of a life time every year.
I don't know if he meant a really special hunt every year or just the way he mentally approaches hunting each year.
But with my limited finances, I like the idea of approaching each hunt as a potential hunt of a lifetime. I don't have a great record of getting drawn in lottery licensing, but it is always fun to think about, dream about, etc.
