Anyone ever convert a Selway bolt on to a side quiver?
« on: August 07, 2015, 02:08:00 PM »
I have a Selway bolt on quiver that I was going to sell but I keep looking at and wonder could I convert it to a side quiver? Anyone try it and if so how?

I have -- was really easy. I had a long piece of aluminum from the hardware store, drilled two holes for the bolts, found some nuts that matched the thread count, and clipped on a strap from an extra luggage bag. I wrapped the aluminum in black duct for looks, and to get rid of the shine.

You can get the parts from Selway. I purchased their rubber screw on quick disconnect system for a thunderhorn limb bolt quiver. Now I can use the Thunderhorn as either a limb bolt as it was purchased or as a quick connect/disconnect limb quiver.
