Can someone help me identify this swap meet recurve?
« on: August 08, 2015, 02:50:00 PM »
So I've been on the auction site hunt for a lightweight recurve or longbow for a few weeks now because I have an elbow injury that won't let me draw more than 50 lbs until I have surgery this winter, and because I believe having a lightweight bow to work on form practice is a good idea too.  I went to the local swap meet this morning and found an recurve that is marked DA#159.  It's 35# at 28".  Any ideas who the manufacturer is?  Darton Archery maybe?  I bought it and the 11 wood arrows for $60.  They need refletched and may turn into a nice display if they don't shoot well.

Yeah that seems the most likely.  Thanks
