Leaving this Wed gonna hook up with my buddy and his Bro who live in Pheo.  Seems like my bud has some good info to get us started but any little bit helps.  Thanks, Bruce

I used to hunt the Kaibab back in the 80s.  I am sure not much I could tell that would be useful today.  I do remember that most hunters hunted from the back of their trucks.  Almost never saw anyone in the forest away from the road.  The deer always bedded near the tops of the ridges and then there was movement during the day intermittently.  There is a movie with Fred Bear hunting from the Kaibab lodge.  Kind of cool to watch and we stayed there once also.
I hope you have fun.
