Still,waffling
Either Beeman MFX classics cut to 30.5 with 100 gn insert and. Woodsman 125 BH

Or Beeman MFX classics cut to 29 with 100 gn insert with a Zwickey 125 glue on with a 75 gn adapter.

Both fly about the same the Zwickeys are quieter but the woodsman sharpen easier. And the 29in arrows are,a little easier to manage in and out of either my back quiver or my arrowmaster. I can't decide   :dunno:

For my Liberty "Classic" longbow I have some Surewood Shafts that I put a tail taper on in 65/70's, with 125gr STOS heads.
For my Blacktail "Columbian Blacktail" longbow I have some Sweetland Forgewoods in 75/80's with 175gr Tuffheads.

Snag's Surewoods 70/75 with 160 STOS .  That head did a great job shooting completely through my Bear this spring.

No surprise there, Ryan D. told me me the only problem I would have is cleaning the dirt off the head after it shot through the bear and buried itself in the dirt. As usual, he was right!

I would like to try a Cutthroat someday also.

My quiver will carry the same arrows from last year:  Tapered Surewood fir with 200 gr Grizzly Kodiaks or Instincts.  Hopefully they will end up looking like this one.

I'm sticking with my GT3555s. They hit right to point of aim with 200gr up front out of my mid-40# bows. A 160gr Zwickey with total weight of 220gr up front gave me complete penetration on a 235# hog. This year they will be wearing my new set of 200gr single-bevel Cutthroats.

Need I say shaving sharp?
