AD Trads & Black shafts...?
«

G'day guys,
Well for the last few years I've solely shot the AD trad heavy and I really love them. They shoot well, I have always loved a full taper on my arrows and I find they are not bad looking for a carbon shaft.
Not that I should change something that's not broken..... But, I was looking at the black ones and from memory some guys had spine issues with them. Just wondering if this is the case or not? Or are they the same shaft, just black?
Cheers guys,
Ak.

Al,
I shoot both with no problems, but my Blacks are several years old, have not bought new ones in a while. But they should be the same.

Al,
I just received a dozen Trad Lite black shafts last week and they were all fine. I will admit that a few years ago I put some ADs on a spine tester and they were all over the place, but they all shot very well. Very forgiving shaft.
To be fair, I also put some GTs on the spine tester and they were also horribly inconsistent.
