What carbon spine?

A friend asked me, but I don't have the answer. Wood yes, but carbon no.
Fox Breed one piece recurve. 55# @ 26" but his draw length is 27.5 ... 58" and 125 gr points
He wants to know which shaft in the Carbon Express Heritage.
I'd appreciate hearing what you guys recommend.
Thanks, Ron

I have used the CE 150 Heritage shafts for my 55# Wes Wallace R/D LB. I put 100 grain brass inserts with 145 grain heads. I cut them to 29 in. I also footed with a piece of alum shafting weighting 12 grains. My draw is 28 in.
I tried some of the CE 90's. I have put them aside as I had issues bare shafting them from same bow. I would have had to cut them a little to short for my liking. Otherwise the arrow would be to lite for hunting if I used less point weight.

A .400 spine should work at that draw length with that point weight.
