I've had two, my Ancient Spirit Thunderhawk and and 1966 Bear Kodiak.  I haven't shot the Thunderhawk much lately because of some tendinitis and have been shooting the lower draw weight kodiak this summer and plan to hunt with it this year.

I have had some good bows this year. Several of which I have passed on to someone else to enjoy. Last week however I got a bow that I just can't put down. It's my Dave Johnson longbow. This bow embodies everything that I love about traditional archery. Classic lines, and the way it casts an arrow, the sound and feel of it, you just got to love it. Our archery season is fast approaching here in Texas and I am ready to hit the woods. I am hoping that it cool's off before then. I love this time of year.
