Stormy Kromer for me too. I just turn it to the side a little to get the string clearance I need.

I have a Filson Mackinaw cap that has served me well. I picked up a Stormy Kromer hat this year and it's my new favorite. I shoot a 66 inch bow and have no issues.

Most all clothing stores sell a knitted or wool hat with a small brim wrapped with the fabric great for colder weather. Cabela's has a Carhartt knit cap with visor on sale for $9.99 and a Mens 61 Series knit visor beanie for $5.99. No need to spend more.

I have one of First Lite's short brimmed hats. It is thin, definitely good for weather down to about 20 degrees. After that you may need something warmer, I just pull another lite hat down over it. Since I tend to overheat I like the weight of it.
