Thought I would bump his back to the top ......I srill think people should try these rests.. they're amazing and flight of them is amazing..

I have a feather rest (first one I have ever tried) on my '57 Kodiak, and am really liking it so far.

I am hunting today with one of my 1960 Kodiaks...the original featherrest on that bow, at 55 years of age, is showing some wear...and it still works great...who knows how many arrows crossed over it before I got the bow...I have shot a lot of arrows with that bow as well

Feather rest on the Missus, 59 Kodiak repro, seems pretty skookum. I,ve had a wild hair to try one on my longbow, a Wes Wallace Royal for a while, don,t seem to see em on longbows very often.
Any reason not to use one on a longbow??
Or is a feather rest on a longbow a bad idea?

No real reason not to use one on a longbow as long as the base will fit on the shelf
