Does bamboo?

Darken with age? I have a new bow with bamboo core I suppose you would call it blonde? Is tempered bamboo darker? I am hoping it darkens because I don't really care for the white line look.

I would say depending on the finish it will yellow a little. I defiantly know that tempered bamboo is darker and has a more light orange look to it. Allot of bows are made both ways.

Steve I dont think so because mine didnt. I have two bows from the same bowyer and one is light and one is dark. He said the light one is natural and the dark is amber.
