Is my box/arrow setup all wrong?

I am currently shooting a bear super Kodiak that is 50lb. My draw length however is only 25inches. I am shooting full length goldtip traditional xt 3555/500's with a 150 grain point, and 5inch feathers. They seem to fly ok, but I really wouldn't know if the didn't lol. I shoot 3 under also, if that makes a difference.

Is the bow marked 50 @ 28"? if it is then deduct approximately 3" x 3 lb/inch = 9# - 50 =41# at 25"  
if you bow is marked at 25" then your okay.

You can try paper testing by following the directions for a PROPER ARROW at this site:
 www.elitearrow.com   You can use paper over an open box, or any frame resembling a picture frame set up in front of a backstop or target. It works best if your shooting level.

If the shafts are stiff they will tear left, if weak the tear will be to the right assuming your RH. Tears are from the point out.  

Add weight to make the shaft seem weaker (strong) and vise versa.

Pick a far off spot in your yard "50" yards are so in let the arrows fly you'll be able to watch how there flying of course nothing beats bareshafting and paper tuning but this will give you a good idea

Its marked 28". Wow I didn't know it was that low of poundage at my draw. I will look into that, and give it a try. Thanks! That makes me wonder however if 41lb is enough for deer? I shoot a super sharp broadhead, but is it still enough?

If you take good, close shots, and hit them in the right place, it will work just fine.
