A interesting first!
« on: October 14, 2007, 09:20:00 AM »
Let me first say, I expect to see crazy things and other people on public hunting areas.

However, Friday I was out and saw a new one. I'm sitting there in a brush blind and I see some movement to my right.  So I look closely and wait, but am a little supised as this fine specimine gets closer.  I didn't know whether to be frustrated or very happy.

There she is in all her glory.  A beautiful woman of about 26 years in an evening dress with with high heels, her hair all done up and killer nice perfume.  All out in the middle of the woods!!!

I stand up and wave to let her know I am there, so she doesn't get too scared or anything.  She walks over to me and asks, "Have you seen my brother?"

I don't even know her, much less her brother. I told her there were a couple guys with crossbows about 100 yards in a different direction. I also advised her to be careful.  The dress was brown!!

Go figure, frustrating, but beautful suprise!

That may be the only way I would welcome an interruption of my hunt.

I have wrestled with leaving my stand for cold, wind & rain, but beautiful women in evening dresses may be my achilles heel.

that is a different one. I also hunt on public land, yesterday morning about 7:00 am there was a group of teenagers jogging around a field that surrounds the woodlot I was in,they were hoopen and holloring the whole time and at one point they were singing the star spangled banner,I felt the need to stand and salute,LOL.
