Anyone purchased Day One wool clothing?
« on: October 14, 2007, 09:43:00 PM »
I finally decided that I want to purchase some ASAT camo in wool. I usually use wool plaids in the late season, but I have several sets of ASAT cottons I like and use in the early season. It looks as though Day One is one of the only places that offers ASAT in wool. I'm thinking of getting a pair of pants and a parka (and possibly a fleece pullover vest for layering).

Anybody here purchased wools from Day One? If so, I'd appreciate your input as to the quality and fit of the wools you've purchased.

Thanks.

I have the parka lined w/cm and the bibs lined w/cm. Great stuff-I prefer it over my gray wolf wool which is also great stuff!

Thanks for the input. You're right about Grey Wolf making great stuff so that's saying something.

I have a Day One wool ASAT pull over shirt and a fleece Predator pull over shirt.  I wouldn't go out without one of these in my pack.  Quality great plus hand warmer pocket & bino holder that don't get in the way...Doc

asatcamo.com has it in cotton.  I have asatcamo, day one, and gray wolf. . . all have been great products.  ASATcamo does a great job with the cotton; double knees, butt etc.
