Well you can tell by the increase in the success threads that the deer are beginning to feel it. The young bucks are pushing the does around quit a bit now. Here we go!

Hey Tom,

Things are just beginning here in PA.  My buddy had 7 bucks last night posturing around the woods.  Looked like there were two does getting all the attention.  Just a great time to be in the woods.

Good luck folks....

Little bucks and a few big boys are doing it here is SC. We had a little cold snap this past weekend. I have seen quite a few non trad trophies taken around the state this past week, and a hunting buddy arrowed a chasing cull buck Saturday that we weren't able to recover with his shrew. He shot it late but had good lung blood however still lost the trail.. Bummer.. Looking for buzzards now..

His rack isn't visible but I had this little 6 running all over my stand Sunday morning with his nose to the ground.

Still experiencing the October lull around here, although I did rattle in an interested mature 4 by 4 a couple of days ago. It's coming, and it is going to be fun.

My brother told me this morning that last night he had three deer coming at him. At around 25 yards out the little buck in the back lunged at the doe in front and pushed them quickly right under him.

I had 9 deer in front of me this morning, 4 bucks, a doe, and 3 fawns. None of the bucks paid a bit of attn to the doe. It will start soon though!

Yep they're getting started here. A friend of mine killed a good buck last Friday evening. He came by at 12 yards chasing a doe with three other bucks.
