Short Recurve help....

I have never messed with shooting short bows but have a few places where they would be very handy. I have had two very short Bear recurves around for probably twenty years or so and never even had strings for them. One is a Panther 52in 40# other is a Mag 48in 50# , got strings for them and a quiver on the Panther ( Delta type quiver so I could adjust up and down so the arrows would not go past the bottom limb ). Need a quiver for the Mag what is a good quiver for the 48in bow or just go the same with the Delta type. Anyway any tricks of the short bow trade , I think they will be handy....
Here is the Panther I looked up the history and know it a low end bow but it shoots nice.....

I've got a new Bear Delta quiver you can have...
You just gotta figure out how to put it on! (Holes...? Idk)

Sam you have a Black Panther Hunter they were offered through I believe Kmart back in the day. They are good shooters I have one as well mine is 47#s. If you like you can try and probably keep one of my Selway slide ons. LMK

Sam I use a Selway on my 48" KMag and it works fine. Cool little bows with great shootability.

The 48 inch bow is the Super Magnum...the Magnum is a 52 inch Bear...no trick to shooting short bows other than good solid form and follow through as they tend to be a bit less stable than a longer bow...I shoot my 1962 KMag at 30 inches...found an old advertisement where Bear said they were good to a draw of 31 inches...I am not sure what the Super Mag was rated to

I love short bows, for sure they require a better form, but I have seen a video George Stout posted a while ago being accurate at more than 40 yards

Soon as I'm back home from work this week I'm going to put some time in with the little bows. Got a buddy making me new strings and got an order off to Big Jim's for more riser inserts to mount the new gifted quiver from woodchuker ( Thank you sir will put it to good use ). Then I'm going after a doe or hog or something this weekend. Next time you come over Motorhead7963 I will try that quiver....
I have never claimed to have good form but will do my best with the little guy's...
