Anyone recommend a good antlerless hunt?
« on: November 05, 2015, 01:58:00 PM »
Howdy folks, I've been meaning to post for a while and see if you guys would recommend a guided / semi guided antlerless hunt that would be fairly affordable with high success rates.
I'm looking for something late season especially.

Mike. What species are we talking about? In state or out of state?

Was gonna say jack rabbit, but luckily, had enough self restraint to stop myself.

Now jack rabbits are fun!  If only they were better eating. Thanks Joe I'll be checking them out and still looking for other options.

Put some jack rabbit legs in the crock pot and cook it like beef stew. Pretty good eating if you ask me

You could fly to Maryland and hunt public land and kill all the doe you want.  In several urban areas there is an  unlimited doe limit.  Bring the family and let them sight see Washington DC while you hunt.

Land of deer?...I don't know about that lol I have spent some time in the south,  now that is the land of deer...they are in every ditch. We just have a more bowhunter friendly season.
