I wish I had been healthy enough to serve, but I'm thankful for my brother, a Ranger in the cat box right now.  Ran in the family I guess.

Thank you to all our current and former servicemen.  I don't trust the government, but I thank heaven for those that guard it nightly.

USMC 1970- 1996active, reserves 1966-1970.  Made a few unpleasant tours on hostile shores, but owe a lot to those Marines and Corpsmen who did what needed be done.  God bless em all.  Thanks to all who served and to those who supported us....

Thanks to all the Veterans out there that made this country great and gave me the opportunuty to do what I do...can't beat a sunrise or sunset in the middle of the ocean...strike that...I could go for a night or two in the big bed at home...
I was in the Navy for 4 years, USCG-R for 6 and sailed Merchant Marine on the Great lakes and the oceans for better than 12 years.
Thanks for reminding me why I live in Kansas now...    ;)
