Off Topic: Sending Email & Classified Ad Questions

I tried to send an email to an administrator regarding this question but the forum kept sending me to a page with an envelope on it and said enter password. after 2 attempts I realized it required a different password but I could not find any way to create a password. how do you send email to other members/administrators if you keep landing on this page.

it also took me to the same email page when I tried to get answers regarding classified ads.

Look for the Big Yellow button that reads " 2016 Contributing Member".  It is located at the top of this page left side mid way up and just under the Abells add.
