We'd like to apologize for the server snafu experienced over the weekend. While we're happy to announce that we doubled our servers yesterday and hopefully fixed the issue, the fact is that we have never experienced anywhere near the traffic we did on Thanksgiving or on Friday and were caught totally unprepared for the stampede. We know many of you walked away with a bad taste in your mouth from trying repeatedly to purchase our product. This is the worst experience we could have given you and we absolutely own up to our failure. Nobody wants to spend their weekend trying to buy something unsuccessfully. For this reason, we have doubled our capacity and will continue to monitor our servers closely moving forward. Again, thank you for your loyalty and we apologize for any time we stole from your valuable holiday weekend.
