Thanksgiving Sale at FIRST LITE!

Was trying to get a puffy vest an hour after the sale started.  Finally gave up.

Need to upgrade the server before you have a sale again.

P.S.  On a whim I went back in on Sunday afternoon and found that I had to select the color to see the stock.  DUH!  Anyway I was able to get a vest for myself and one for Jason at a great price.

Man this is frustrating!  After waiting an eternity I'm finally able to put items in my cart but it's only giving me 25% off.  The promo is %40 off realtree patterns...which is what I'm trying to order.  Am I missing something?

I was able to purchase a few items before the server crashed.  One way or another, thank you for having the sale to begin with.  Your products are great, and the merino wool is second to none.

Thanks!  I finally figured that out and went ahead and just placed my order.   Got the top and bottom base layers and that's a great price.

I tried 10 times last night with no luck getting site to work.  Had to get up early this morning EST while most the country was still asleep in order to get get it to work.  Can't beat the Chama shirts!!!

Great products and deals but a frustrating website!!

We'd like to apologize for the server snafu experienced over the weekend. While we're happy to announce that we doubled our servers yesterday and hopefully fixed the issue, the fact is that we have never experienced anywhere near the traffic we did on Thanksgiving or on Friday and were caught totally unprepared for the stampede. We know many of you walked away with a bad taste in your mouth from trying repeatedly to purchase our product. This is the worst experience we could have given you and we absolutely own up to our failure. Nobody wants to spend their weekend trying to buy something unsuccessfully. For this reason, we have doubled our capacity and will continue to monitor our servers closely moving forward. Again, thank you for your loyalty and we apologize for any time we stole from your valuable holiday weekend.

I had no problems getting through. At any point during the weekend. The stock was out of the items I wanted however.
