VAP Arrows

Was thinking of trying some VAP arrows and was wondering if they come with nocks, and inserts?

They usally come with nocks,depending on where purchased.They are a very small diameter and use a insert/outsert,the factory insert/outsert tends to easily get bent on harder hits.Much better option is to get Firenock's insert/outsert,it is much stronger.The factory nock is a Bohning F-nock,which is Bohning's replacement for a Easton G-nock.I preferred to use large groove Easton G-nocks in my VAP.Victory VAP are the same diameter as Easton Injexion,Easton Injexion have a higher GPI then Victory VAP but the VAP come in more spines.
