Bear Mag Riser Strike Plate
« on: December 16, 2015, 11:31:00 PM »
I have a Bear Mag A riser that had the spring metal strike plate that is adjustable with a screw that goes through the riser.  Somehow on a hunt last week I must have caught the strike plate on something and it snapped off.  Are replacement metal strike plates available anywhere?  I suppose I could just put a stick on strike plate and build it up as needed, but sure like to be able to easily adjust the spring metal plate.

It's really simple. Just don't take those borderline shots. Tomorrow is another day.

Monte is the man!  Gun recommended the same thing, and Monte has me taken care of.

I don't know many things, but I know where to ask the questions!  Thanks for your help.

Made one out of a piece of 1" metal banding. Worked great.
