No access to an accurate scale.
Am shooting bear super k, marked 40 @ 28
and pulling 29 1/2.
Can feel it stacking at 28 1/2.
What poundage do you think I am getting at 29 1/2?

Best approximate guess with those numbers is a fuzz over 43lbs, however if it is stacking @28.5" it may be more... No way to tell for certain without measuring/weighing.

If it's stacking at 28 1/2 you really should get a longer bow. Stacking is the result of running out of bending limb. You then start bending stuff not designed to bend.
You probably are pulling about 45 #.
