Wow! I had a cortisone shot in my middle finger knuckle 2 yrs. ago and that's kept me in the game for now, but I'm starting to feel the effects of long shooting sessions and this just might be the ticket! Thanks a million for sharing!

I don't mean to steal the thread but I have a related question. Can you shoot wood arrows using a release? Does it make any difference or do you have to go to aluminum or carbon?

Great idea; you should definitely look into patenting it, or otherwise bringing it to market. Could help a lot of us old guys.
What kind of arrow you shoot shouldn't matter. As long as you can get off the string cleanly you should be able to shoot whatever you want.
