Good luck! I can't think of a single mfgr who makes a shaft stiff enough, esp at that long of a length.

I sure would like to see a video of a guy shooting a 125# bow though!!!

Alaska Bow Hunting makes a 175 spine that is the stiffest shaft that I know of. Afther that you will have to go to wood of 3/8 or 1/2 inch. Or you can slide different shaft sizes into one another.  There are people here who shoot like that here and maybe they will chime in soon.

I've got some telephone poles that might work.

Or maybe you could go to a pole vaulter and see if they have any old carbon fiber poles you could cut up.

Slide an Easton axis shaft inside a 2016 aluminum.  Might work with a 340 or 400 axis shaft.  Make sure you glue them together so that both shafts have to flex together.  You may be able to do the same with an ICS hunter shaft and a 2216 aluminum.  You will have to experiment to find the best option.  The 250 FMJ dangerous game may work also using an aluminum adapter and light head.

Surewood shafts go up to 100lb on the list but they are out right now. They may be able to help you if you're interested in wood

There are some threads in the Dangerous Game Form that talk about the arrows they build for their bows. You'll just have to read threw the or do a search for them. What Last Arrow is talking about is what I would look for.

I have a 60 Inch 100#@28 Javaman Recurve that would be close to your weight at 31.5...it likes Arrow Dynamic Golds and 85# spine compressed maples.
