I am tremendously sad to bring this news....

I do not have all the info, and do not want to post anything incorrectly, but Izzy passed away last night. along with some of his family members.

Please remember his survivors and pray for them at this time.

He was a great member of TradGang as well as an all around great guy who loved to hunt and loved being around others with the same passion. He was a pleasure to have in camp.

He will be greatly missed.

Oh NO, this is very sad. Izzy was a friend and a great asset to this site. May he rest in peace as well as those that went with him. May the Lord bless them and bring peace to his surviving family.

Izz and his cousin Ray were really great hunting camp companions....I have a lot of photos and fond memories of their trips to Hog Heaven.

His oldest son was the only immediate survivor, so we will try and do something for him as a group.

Bisch, I believe you were at Solana one year when Izzy was there and killed those two big hogs am I right?

I was there one year with him Terry, and Bisch came up and visited. I know he killed a pig or two that year as well as a nice buck. Please if you get info on what happened please pm me the details.

I am a member of the same Trad Archery club as Izzy.......although we sometimes didn't see eye to eye this a terrible thing to happen. My prayers go to his son. I hope he can stay strong and get through this.

Solana is where I met Izzy! I was just visiting and playing archery games. He was not there the year I hunted Solana. He showed us a grand time when we stopped up in his hood on the way to Bear Quest a few years ago. I just can't believe all this!!!!!

Yeah....that was the year you, me and Izzy had that little fun 'shoot out' I believe and I was shooting someone elses bow.

There' pictures I'm sure of that day on the Solana thread of that year.
