Izzy and I shared Silvertip Passion, he was so excited that he was getting the new Schafer...

WHY?? WHY??   I am heartbroken as I type this..he was a true Gentleman.. we had talked about an Adirondack Hunt together...We never made it..

I will loft a cedar arrow in your memory, this weekend Izzy..I will await the ravens' call...RIP

OMG!!!  I can't even come up with words...  I've spent time in camp with Izzy and dragged a few critters...

Prayers sent...

Sad Sad Sad, I am truly sorry to hear about this. I never had the chance to meet Izzy, but I did certainly enjoy his stories and posts here on Tradgang.

the real earthbound tragedy is the surviving son - what a heavy burden for a teenager to be dealt, and to live with for the rest of his life.

while the tragedy and its roots are unimaginably senseless, the boy is the one to rally around and support.  in doing so, this will honor izzy and family.

I have no words to discribe that I'm feeling right now. I spoke to him on Monday.  Please, pray for the family. And remember the brother bowhunter that he was to us all.
