Those that use Bear BH, do you use the bleeder blades or go without?

Ive used them both ways. Without bleeders is what i like best.

Without and a 100 grain steel adapter in it so I'd have to modify the bleeders to get them to fit.

I shoot them like Fred Bear, with the bleeder blade and have taken deer, bear, and turkey.....great blood trails.

I have killed them with and without, biggest "with" was a 5x5 elk and it was a double lung pass through.
