After reading RC's pm, his recommendations was to hunt Chickasawhatchee WMA, 19,700 acres. The season ends Feb 29.
I found this article about Chickasawhatchee, it looks promising.
http://www.gon.com/article.php?id=141 I contacted Georgia Fish and Game, and talked with one of their officers. The cost to hunt this area would be $73.00 WMA license and $20.00 for 3 day hunting license for out of state guys. I think this is a real good deal. There's also lot's of free camping space. Several of our brothers that live in Ga. told me they could bring camping equipment.
I was told Fort Stewart is loaded with hogs, and you don't need a WMA license, only a hunting license $20.00 and Fort Stewart permit $60.00. However, it probably won't work because there is archery qualification by appointment only.
After I read everyone's concern about dates, it seems that 2/22, 23, 24 would be best.
