Gregg shipped mine out today...those were a few pics he sent during the build...

That is one of the nicest Elkheart's I have seen.  I own a beauty but that is great looking!!

I'm on "the list" for a JavaMan bow (probably an Elkheart) in the next few months... beautiful bows & combos to consider - these threads get me fired up.

You got a beautiful bow there.
I'm still as happy with my Elk Heart as I was the day I picked it up.

One thing I especially like about Gregg's bows is that he uses actual AMO specs and also indicates the ASL. Sure makes life easier.

When I picked up my Elk Heart, I asked Gregg if he would build me a L-o-n-g longbow. I was looking for a 68", "D" shaped longbow. He told me to go see someone who specializes in them. He likes building what he does best. I like it when a man enjoys building a certain thing and sticks with it. You generally get a better product that way.

Specs are 56" 50@28"...no carbon.
