i looked at their site the other day but didn't know what it was before. lol.

I'm assuming they went up.  I bet it has something to do with their exchange rate.

Web page may do it automatically depending on the location you query from???? There are a couple nice caribows for sale at Rmsgear right now, if either one of them had been 64"I would have bought one, 62" is just a little short for my long draw

Abe probably did that to eliminate the confusion. I think too many people in the US figured the prices were US dollars.

The website always showed Canadian dollars before, no matter where I was checking from.

I just looked at Abe's site and it looked the  same as before.  Prices looked the same also, which was Canadian dollars.  I did not see USD by any prices or anything to suggest it was USD'S.  Curious why you thought the prices changed? Maybe they did but I am not sure about that at all.

Well I just priced out a bow and it sure makes it more attractive in price if it's Canadian dollars

Same here - I don't see anything that says USD on his website.

Just to clarify I am in USD and have been since January one. All orders placed last year will still be in Cdn all orders place this year are USD.

I've been paying in USD for all my supplies, glass and wood. There was no way I could keep doing things like I did last year. I was hoping all year our dollar would gain and come closer. Some were shocked last year others are shocked this year.

Regrettably Abe

The nice thing about asking a question like that on this site is that it ended up getting clarified by the bowyer in question...and if you want to know more about Abe and his dedication to bowhunting and great craftsmanship just give him a call...I learn something of value every time I talk to him

I set out a while ago to reduce my herd of 40 bows...And I am finally down to 42

Love my Silver Fox and have owned several of Abe's bows, not a bad one in the bunch. Top Class bowyer. Prices are on par with any top end bow on the market.

Even in us$ Abe's bows are worth every dollar spent and you will hardly get more bow for the money elsewhere. In addition they look not too bad on the side of few critters     :D

I've been considering ordering a new Cari-bow for a while, never realized the prices were not US dollars.  So this doesn't change my thinking at all.  I have never forgotten the Silver Fox that I shot at the expo in Kalamazoo around 2012.  What a fantastic bow that was.  If I ever can free up the $$, I want to order one for my own!
