Bean boots.  Rubber bottoms are nice for keeping the feet dry walking through alfalfa fields, etc.

LaCross Burleys.  I have only owned 3 pair in the past 25 years, and I hunt quite a bit.

The same thing I wear when deer hunting in above freezing temps. Canvas military ankle highs.  It seems I need to get my feet wet before I start having fun.

Ariat workhogs right now, but any of the pull on ariat boots with a 90' heel and a rubber traction bottom  are good.

If its muddy or cold then muck boots.

I have a pair of Irish Setter hunting boots that I wear for turkey, pheasant and sometimes deer hunting.  Love 'em.

I hemmed and hawed and waited a long time before I made my final decision.  I drove myself nuts!
