Have been unable to reach Eldon Jandreau  by phone to see if he is still guiding for moose in northern Maine.  Great guy. Anybody have any information on how to reach him?

Ready to go after another one Don?  I don't have any info on Eldon. Probably someone will see this and respond.  Hope all is well with you.

Dave-All is well. Time to put in for Maine moose. Can't imagine being there without Eldon, though.  Hope you are well. Compton this June?

Eldon sold his business to one of his guides by the name of Phil and I can't think of his last name.

Eldon sold his business to Phil Allen who still does the bear hunts and still uses all the same guides that worked for Eldon. Phil can best be reached on his cell...207-615-2691.  Phil himself does not do moose guiding but several of his bear guides can be contracted to guide for moose. Jimmy and Paul were the two that I knew that did. Call Phil and ask him about it.  I have spoken to Eldon only once since he sold his business and I have no knowledge as to how to get ahold of  him. Last time we talked he was working in Vt.

Thanks guys. I also spoke with him after the sale, but lost track of him as well. I know he would return to Maine to guide for moose up until last year. I wish him the best, he is one of a kind.
