How in the world did you guys get the targets in and out of the 3-arrow challenge?
Great job by every one that put on the shoot!
Thanks!

That was the best High Country Shoot ever. 603 trad shooters showed up and 13 pre-registered no-shows. I noticed an increase in kids participating this year. The future looks bright for traditional archery.

The 3 Arrow Challenge course was insane. 45 degree up and down shots in heavy timber. Better not miss or you'd never find your arrow. Glad I had my son with me to retrieve our arrows. Thank you to all of the great vendors who set up booths.

It was our biggest turnout ever and I also noticed a lot more kids this year.  The 3 arrow challenge is always a fun range.  Post pics if you have some.

This sounds like a good shoot. Too bad our bowhunter rendezvous is the same weekend every year

Outstanding shoot with a variety of courses and ranges. The 3 arrow shoot was brutal, not so much for shot difficulty, but just walking the course and retrieving arrows. It was well worth the 9 hour drive. Thanks to all for putting it on.

Several young, strong backs with the agility to match, including CTAS board members and volunteers.  A big thanks to all the exuberant and dedicated folks who helped set up and tear down those ranges!!

Young? Steve is around 60 and he carried in the goat for the 3 arrow, I am mid 50's and carried in targets and set targets for shots. Us middle aged guys pitched in as well as youngsters. What a great shoot. I have pictures on my new camera but had to order a cable to download them, hope to have some pictures up in a few days.

Great shoot well worth the vacation time and travel. I made ash arrows just for the 3-arrow challenge... good thing.

Thursday afternoon starting to fill in

Friday filled up. It doesn't show but to the left in the picture the two track comes out of the woods. It is about a 1/4 of a mile to the FS road. There were camps all the way through.

Extreme course shot at mtn goat

What retrieving arrows look like on the extreme course

Yes there is a target in there and there was an opening I just couldn't find it.

Great group to shot with

Vendors filled in. I spent a bunch and it was great, of course I saved up, or I would have been miserable with all that was offered.
