A few days ago I received a box in the mail containing 10 leather arm guards and 10 tabs. There was no note in the box and the return address just said "M.A.L." from Stockton, CA. Since I post a lot concerning the United Bowhunters of Missouri, I can only assume that these items were meant for the work we do with children.

In any event, I just wanted to say thank you to the person, or persons, who sent this gift to me. This type of altruistic behavior just reaffirms my faith in the traditional archery community. I sure hope you're on this forum so you can read this! And if you told me that you were going to send this stuff to me and I just don't remember, I really, really apologize.

Thanks again!

Darren

I second Mike's Archery Leather.  One of the most generous guys i've dealt with on here, and that says A LOT!! Tradgang is filled with awesome people.

I'd bet you said something about mentoring kids or something like that, and now you have all the necessities to help with that.

Mike sent me arm guards for my grandkids. Wonderful gesture and gift.

When a person gives anonymously like that and requires no accolade's for their random kindness shows the connection between heart and brain to be true.

Thanks for sharing this.  It has greatly added to the type of day I am having....
