SW Missouri 3D?
« on: June 20, 2016, 03:52:00 PM »
Headed up to the Nevada, MO area for a week or so, wondering if there might be a 3D shoot somewhere in the area this coming weekend, June 25-26. Got the bug.

Neosho,MO at the Fort Crowder Conservation area has a 3D shoot coming up July 2. I try to make all of them. I missed the last one, it rained all day, not for me.
Odds are with the prepared..

Don, you got lucky! The United Bowhunters of Missouri Rendezvous is this weekend (June 24th-June 26th) in Fordland, MO near Springfield. There will be a nice 3D course to shoot, novelty shoots, a 3-person skirmish tournament, lots of free food and musical entertainment. For more information, go to    United Bowhunters of Missouri , look us up on Facebook or contact me.

Thanks, Darren! That's exactly what I was looking for. I'll try to make it down.

Clint, I know Dean Hogue the bowyer and Gray Ghost Archery are planning on being there. The Nocking Point said they weren't sure yet.

Here are the prizes for the top shooters in the Adult and Youth classes. These knives are made by UBM member, Dennis Sharp.

This is one of his knives that we're raffling off in a playing card raffle; 52 chances, $5 a chance

Plus we have lots of good things to go in the can raffles like these beautiful maple arrows made by Mike Dunnaway of Wild Horse Creek Bows and a couple of arm guards that I made.

Probably the most fun you can legally have for $20!

Darren
