I'm extremely proud of you! Great job my friend. I hope you make your goal soon and then can go on a maintenance mode. That takes a lot of determination and I know you have it. Keep the faith.

You accomplished some momentous milestones! I have no doubt that you will reach the remainder of your goals. I thought I was doing great when I lost 30 lbs., but you have done so much more. Your new lifestyle will benefit you more than just in your bowhunting. Congratulations!

Bears can attack people- although fewer people have been killed by bears than in all WWI and WWII combined.

Nicely done. It takes a lot to what you've done. I quit Chewing, smoking and drinking on the same day 15 years ago. I started working out. I went from 296 to 218 in 85 days. I've put some back on but I feel great at 235. Great job
