I'll get it started.  First up is my go to bow.  After a blowing my first shot at a deer with trad equipment last season, I'm hoping to get a little blood on it this year.  Only took 4 years to get a shot, so maybe year #5 will be my lucky year.

Flatwoods custom R/D, 64", 47#@28"
Gold Tip Trad 600s with 250 gr Tusker Concordes up front for around 530 gr total.

Next is my backup bow for the season.  This is actually my wife's bow.  I traded for it this past spring to get her shooting with me.  She found two quivers and a dozen arrows already fletched with feathers cheap at a garage sale not long after that.  As luck would have it, the arrows, already cut to 28", fly perfectly off of it for me with my 135 gr Bear screw ins.  This is probably the best shooting bow in my house, so I'm going to "borrow" it some since she isn't ready to hunt trad yet.

Hoots Lil Hoot recurve, 56", 42#@28"
Carbon Express Predator II 3050s with 135 gr Bear Razorheads screw ins for around 410 gr total.

Now let's see what everybody else is shooting.

I haven't got my hands on it yet, but I'm sure it will be the bow I'm having built right now. Maddog Mountaineer 48@29. I've got some full length GT 3555's and 200 grain VPA's that I'm hoping will work. It should be ready any day!! I'll post a few pics when it's ready.

55# Cari-bow Tuktu Ex with either some home rolled German spruce woodies or 2018 vintage green Game Getters. Both sets fly great when I do my part.

Picked up a 40# Bear Sonoma for something to shoot while recovering from surgery and found it likes some 500's I have so I'll probably tote it during the late season if I have to hunt that long...   :saywhat:

Good luck to all this season!

Have not picked a bow for this year yet.....been shooting a few and have it narrowed down to 3.....I think. I better decide soon.......   :dunno:

Going to kill lots of critters with my new Sunset Hill "White Feather" all white bow....probably mostly from the ground.  POC shafts with Hunter heads or grizzlys.
