Ron I have never met you but you answered the phone when I called.
You built my bow and it is magic.Your vidios taught me many things and always brought a smile, but the ones with your wife inspired me to love more deeply. My favorite was a interview where you both took a few shots then got on your harly and rode away. That kind of love is never gone.

A prayer for your loss, and a prayer of thanks for your having her for so long.

Thank you all for your prayers. For those that are going to be at the service I will see you tomorrow.

My son and I were able to make it to the memorial service for Nancy yesterday. It was very nice and it was VERY clear how much she was loved by family and friends. Ron ended the service with a very nice poem he wrote. It will be a tough fall for him losing his hunting (and life) partner of 60 years; we will definitely keep him in our prayers.

Thank you Steve, I appreciate you and your son being there and all of the others from the traditional archery community to honor Nancy.

More people attended than we originally estimated and more chairs had to be set out for the overflow. My son had put together a Memorial video in honor of his Mother. I had not seen it previously and right after I had to recite the poem I had written. I wasn't sure I could do it but somehow managed.

Ron,
As I said to you before, as talented of a poet as you've been in the past, this was your best work. I'm proud to call Nancy my friend and that my daughters referred to her as 'Aunt Nancy'. When the line between friends and family becomes blurred, it's a special friendship.

Love you buddy.
