Herters Perfection Mag T/D - Metal Riser?

I've got an opportunity to buy a Herter's Perfection Mag T/D with the aluminum riser.  It's a 58" bow.  I've never seen one other than the pics the seller sent.  I was wanting to hear some experiences and opinions from those of you that have owned and/or shot one.
