I like them. I've got a Robertson and a Northern Mist that use the connection hinge. It's quick and easy to put together. I did have one break. It was an older bow and I think the issue has been corrected. I've not had a problem since. I'd get it if your thinking about having it on your Mohawk.

I have it on my Liberty Edge LB, no problems at all. It's so simple to take down an put back together, and stays solid.  I had it for about four years now. I shoot 60 pounds.

Only problem is if bow is unstrung, it doesn't say together. I find it annoying.

I think its a good system.Other than the 2 halves flopping around when unstrung.Thats the only negative IMO.

You need to use the right screws when installing it.I believe titanian screws of the appropriate size are the way to go.

Jerry's jackknife feature at Great Northern works well. It's great for packing your bow into elk camp.

IMO it is very outdated, there are far superior take-down systems available today. I did own 1 and like stated above when un-strung the bow really takes some getting use to in order to keep from bouncing it off the ground from time to time.

I would NEVER get another one with that type of take-down system but that's just me.

It works.......what can I say.
In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities. In the expert's there are few...So the most difficult thing is always to keep your beginner's mind...This is also the real secret of the arts: always be a beginner.  Shunryu Suzuki
