I've been holding on to the last bit of Turkey meat for when my dad comes down next week. I got tons of veggies from the farm but this mountain man could use some venison too! Good luck! I will be in the woods on Saturday.

Tony, with all the pics you've posted on that other thread, I pity the deer that even thinks about coming your way!
Good luck to you!

I know completely what you mean. My family crushes deer meat. We have to actually put some aside and set a date that it can't be eatin till so we can savor some later!
You usually post up pics and seem to do well! Just a bad year for you last season?
I really wish our season started early. Too bad I wasn't so far away I would get a Maryland license and hunt with ya. I have to wait till beginning of October.

Good luck Tony! I hope you fill up that freezer with deer. The thought of you having to live on those ground hogs is kinda scary!

Good luck on the 12 deer Tony,
Our deer season opened on the first..We are only allowed one deer per year but Elk season opens tomorrow and that is alot of tasty meat.

Yeah Tony, that is a VERY bare freezer. You do know that they are way more efficient if they are full, don't you?
