gold tip blems... what's up with that decal

Anybody else have a hard time getting the writing or decal or whatever it is off of the GT blems. I ordered my first set a while ago and took the acetone to it. I got most of a few removed after forever but it's not like any other writing I've ever tried to get off. Tried goof off, acetone, mineral spirits, whatever else I found laying around.
Just wondering if it's just me. I gave up and fletched some up and am just shooting them with the GIANT BLEMISH logo.

I don't think the logo would bother me one way or the other. Deer can't read.

Hmmm... I've got a few dozen blems (both the wood grain and the Nugent ones) and have never had any issues getting the writing off with rubbing alcohol.

Lacquer thinner or acetone should take them right off. Always worked for me.

I will also add that I prefer to use a dull pocket knife to scrape most off first, then a quick wipe with alcohol.

I shoot 'em and couldn't care less about the BLEMISHED decal. Can't see it when I'm shooting, doesn't affect the shot and like Sam said, the deer probably don't mind. A little obsessive if you ask me. But you didn't so disregard that last comment.

91% Alcohol and green scotchbrite pad works well for me. Does take a few minutes per arrow, but not bad.

91% Alcohol and about 110% elbow grease. Just takes some time.

the 0000 steel wool sure speeds things up whether you use acetone or alcohol. I've carefully masked the spine marking (1535 or 3555) with some masking tape and removed all the other markings with no trouble at all.

Denatured Alcohol takes it off...just use a beat up old towel..no need for steel wool

Not wanting to be contrary here, but denatured alcohol wouldn't work on the last set of blems I got from Big Jim. Also tried fingernail polish remover. The best and quickest way I found was with steel wool. Didn't harm the arrow at all.
Blessings!
