Anyone else feel like kid when a package arrives?

Ordered a set of heavier (47@28) limbs from my Palmer Classic from Mike Palmer at Denton Hill this summer. Package arrived!!!
[/IMG]
To my surprise, the limbs are bacote under clear glass. My Classic came w/ brown glass, so I thought I was getting brown glass. Mike also included limb socks that go w/ the bow case I received when I bought my Classic, an extra string and a package of broad heads.
Nice!
More pictures to come.

These are the broad heads. I'll have to try and work Classic w/ new limbs and broad heads into the season. Probably late season.

I have to say I had that feeling today. A new to me 21st Century arrived. What a feeling!!!! If only I had lots of money I could get that feeling everyday. Nice Palmer those are sweet shooting bows.

Yep, I hate the wait, but love it when I get to tear into the box! I have some of those broadheads I am going to try this year too.
Good luck with your "new" bow!

Yep, at 62 I'm on the porch waiting for the UPS truck to turn around and come back...while my wife shakes her head inside the door.
The Palmer seems like a dandy bow. I saw a bunch of them in SE Colorado this past turkey season. All were righties.

Yes, I must sheepishly admit! Got some spruce shafts from Hildebrand when I got home from work on Friday, and even with a couple of weeks of prep time ahead, I felt like it was my birthday! I hope that feeling never goes away.

Always get a kick when a package arrives-almost as much fun as opening day but not quite.

Ohh yeah! I do a large majority of my shopping via mail order, I've even bought shampoo and conditioner from Amazon when Wally World quit carrying what I used. It saves gas money and often sales taxes. My mailman loves me, keeping his job security going! I think all my years in the Navy really made me look forward to mail call and what it could bring!
