Bears can attack people- although fewer people have been killed by bears than in all WWI and WWII combined.

I almost forgot...

I shot him with a 51@28 Black Widow PCH, Easton Axis 340's with 100 grain brass inserts and a 200 grain single bevel Grizzly broadhead up front.  I draw 29".
