I like the suggestions along the lines of

Double bevel Grizz

Grizzly DB

Grizzly DB (My favorite)

If you think you'll continue to introduce more styles, perhaps start a "Legends" series, "Ishi", Maurice, Pope, Young, etc...

Also you could call it the Boar or some variation, since a male bear is referred to as such.  That would curry favor with the pig hunters as well.

To keep it simple, "Grizzly DB", for a total departure, "Lobo", because the triple laminated head stands alone.

double + bevel = Devel  the new grizzly double bevel, meet the Devel. Pretty catchy tagline dont ya think?
 
could call the different weights
150 grn = deer Devel
175 grn = elk Devel
200 grn = moose Devel
300 grn = Bison Devel

 I wanna pack of them Devel heads please!
